How can I use my electric drums to play Guitar Hero or Rock Band on my 360?

I doubt it, your electric drum kit would have to have a USB interface and send the signals in the exact way as the original XBOX drum set. Even an electronics whizz would probably not think its feasible to try and get this to work. flamer
