67 cats of average weight you can get them in most towns. One was a smaller manx cat but I dont think it would make much difference the drum was slow going down so maybe you could squeeze in a couple more but try not to hurt them. The drum is still down at the bottom of the dam. burning brightly

Cats are lighter than water so it’ll never sink UNLESS you can use a hydraulic press or something to pack the cats in tightly enough to be much more dense than they would be otherwise but don’t let that stop you from experimenting. Dale K
