In Metallica’s Saint Anger Album, there’s a distinctive drum that has a Metallic ring after it. It sort of sounds like the combined sound of beginning: drum, ending: a aluminum pot being struck. Is this done by having some sort of special skin for the drum, or is it a computer altered sound?
