What is the setting of “Drums, Girls, and Dangerous Pie”?

I only read “Danger ous Pie. The school or city was never named but I assume it was a middle sized average town. The settings were te hospital, Stevens Dream, school, and the auditorium.
well notes of the midnight driver and drums, girls and dangerous pie have the same setting, and in notes of the midnight driver, on page 37, it says that they are in New Jersey. i know that they have the same setting, because steven and annette are mentioned in notes of the midnight driver as high schoolers who go to the main character’s school.
